Why are stories like this one that happen in Israel never shared by the mainstream news outlets? Why don’t they want you to know the good that takes place in the Jewish state? A lot of the world doesn’t want you to see the truth about Israel. They don’t want you to see that Jews and Arabs do get along. Yes, this is just one story of a religious Jew celebrating with his Bedouin-Arab friends. But this is not the only story.
Even from the news outlets that do share the truth about Israel, it is important that they also share the positive stories and not only the negative ones. It never hurts to have more positivity in our lives.
We all know that there is conflict in the Middle East – in places other than Israel as well. But those feel-good stories need to make the news headlines also. People should care that a religious Jew and Bedouin Arabs are celebrating together. People should know that there is hope for a brighter and better future with peace and love.
The next time someone tries to tell you that Jews in Israel mistreat Arabs, show them how wrong they are. Share the truth with them. Spread the love and joy that exists on a daily basis in the Jewish state of Israel.
