What Is Stopping Israel From Invading Lebanon?

The North continues to heat up with Hezbollah increasing the frequency and level of attacks on Israeli communities along the border with Lebanon.

Israelis have largely left their communities in the North and have been put up in hotels at the expense of the state. Israel’s government has made it clear that Hezbollah must move North of the Litani river, but no one expects that to happen without a fight. While most believe the war with Hezbollah is coming fast, it is not clear how or when this will escalate.

How do we know there will be a war with Hezbollah? The following tweet is just one reason alone:

So Why Has Israel Not Opened A Second Front?

As long as Israel is being forced to fight Hamas with its hands tied behind its back, Israel has no choice but to hold of on dealing with the Hezbollah threat. Until enough manpower is freed up in the South, the IDF is on a pure defensive posture in the North.

Hamas’ entire strategy has been to wear down Israel. So far it is doing this masterfully, of course with help from pressure by the International Community.

Along with the world’s absurd rules on war that are made only for the Jewish State, it has been revealed that Biden forced Israel to hold off on an attack on Hezbollah.

The Wall Street Journal reported the following:

“Israel had intelligence that Hezbollah attackers were preparing to cross the border as part of a multipronged attack, pushing some of Israel’s officials to the brink. Israeli warplanes were in the air awaiting orders when Biden spoke to Netanyahu on Oct. 11 and told the Israeli prime minister to stand down. The Israeli attack didn’t go ahead. And the conversation between Biden and other U.S. officials and Netanyahu and his war cabinet—the details of which haven’t been previously reported—set a pattern of White House efforts to guard against any expansion of the conflict that could draw in the U.S.”

Biden’s decision to force Israel to hold back from attacking Hezbollah can now be seen as extremely damaging to the Jewish State. If Israel had been given the go ahead by the Biden administration, then the Northern front would have already been taken care of. Now Israel will have to face Hezbollah only after it is worn and tired of war with Hamas.
