Shocking Footage: IDF Exposes 20-Meter Deep Tunnel Under Gaza Cemetery

There are terror tunnels and there are mega-terror tunnels. The entire Gaza Strip was turned into one big mega-terror tunnel network over a span of 10-15 years. However, there are a few discoveries that have been shocking to nearly everyone concerning the scope of the network. The amount of time, effort, and money required to dig tunnels that are around 30 ft. under ground and connect them to other tunnels from that level of depth is simply staggering. The depths of evil are simply frightening.

Israel has learned the hard way what many in Israel forewarned. Turning over any area of Land in the State of Israel to be run exclusively by the Palestinian Authority or any other Arab entity is a decision to create a terror state in it’s midst.

The worst decision that Israel could make in the middle of it’s existential war against the terror networks surrounding it is to stop in the middle – at the 70% or 80% level – in order to negotiate an exchange of Arab terrorists for kidnapped Israelis.  Hamas and a few other Arab terrorist groups in Gaza have Israel’s leadership stuck between a rock and a hard place. Not negotiating to free the kidnapped Israelis is unconscionable. But Israel agreeing to free Arab terrorists in return is a far worse alternative.

The morasse that Israel now finds itself in is in large part due to Israel freeing more than 1,000 Arab terrorists in return for Gilad Shalit, a kidnapped Israeli soldier. In that agreement, Israel freed many of the leaders of Hamas who are responsible for killing more than 1,200 Israeli civilians on October 7th and hundreds of Israeli soldiers.

It takes nerves of steel to fight against a ruthless enemy like Hamas. But if Israel capitulates without destroying the entire terror infrastructure – leadership, tunnels, and money trail – Israel will snatch defeat from victory.
