WhatsappThe weekly spectacles that Hamas is putting on with each new hostage release are attempts to show off its strength and rewrite the narrative that it is in fact Hamas that is victorious. Yet, if one looks closer at the newest Hamas fighters, they are not the battle hardened terrorists the iDF engaged with for more than 15 months - they are on average 16 years old.
That’s right, Hamas’ ranks have been depleted so much that they are relying on kids for soldiers. It is no wonder they seem to have no problem murdering Jewish babies – to them everyone is a soldier. The fact is, Hamas is on its last legs. Yes, they still rule Gaza due to the fact that the population there is so radicalized they themselves are willing to fight against Israel, but as a fighting force, the IDF will be able to easily handle them.
Israel must restart the war sooner rather than later in order to strike a devastating blow to Hamas before these teenage recruits become trained and age to formidable fighting men or the terror will increase again.
While Hamas has tried to paint Israel as a genocidal country, bent on killing children, it is the Gazans themselves that offer their children up as soldiers and “martyrs”. These “children” cease to be “innocent” the moment they decide to carry a gun. War is fast approaching again – will the IDF finally have the will to shoot all of the enemy combatants and get the decisive victory Israel needs and deserves? I sure hope so or more of our holy IDF soldiers will unnecessarily be placed in harms way.
