The Lies on Social Media
This video is just one of many examples of the extreme lies about Israel that take place on social media. There is proof here! It is shocking that people completely change every detail of a story to frame Israel. Claiming that Israel killed an innocent “Palestinian” woman with a kid in her arms when in fact this took place in LEBANON and was drug traffickers is horrific antisemitism.
But what feels even more shocking is that people believe it so easily and share the lies far and wide.
By the time anyone wants to stop it, hundreds of thousands of people may have already been convinced.
Social media can be a positive platform to share ideas and spread positivity. But it is frightening that it is being used for such terrible things.
Antisemitism Spreads Quickly
Over the years, the Jewish people have experienced some of the worst persecution and antisemitism in history. The fact that the Nazis were able to spread their ideology and convince and brainwash millions of people is scary. And they were able to do that without Twitter and Facebook.
And now, Neo-Nazis, anti-Zionists, and other antisemites are able to spread their ideas and brainwash people with the click of a button.
It matters. We must stop it.
