Israel sent airplanes to airlift Israelis and Ukrainian Jews from Ukraine as war tensions continue to rise.
Foreign Minister Yair Lapid has urged Israelis and Ukrainian Jews to not take any chances and come back to Israel.
“We will make sure that every Jew and every Israeli wishing to return home will get the help they require,” he said, warning that “if the situation deteriorates, it will happen quickly and dramatically.”
Satellite imagery shows that Russia has moved tanks into attack position. With US intelligence intercepting an attack order issued by the Kremlin to Russian troops, most believe the invasion is days away. The war will be lightening fast with Russia said to be able to take Kiev in 72 hours.
