WhatsappYesterday Israel destroyed three Syrian military locations in Southern Syria in retaliation for the drone Syria flew into Israeli airspace the day before. All this, while an Iranian General just publicly warned Israel of a developing Islamic army in Syria waiting to destroy Israel.
This is a hint at the importance of today’s meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Russian leader Putin. Russia is, in essence, an occupying force in Syria and the only country with leverage to tame Syria and Iran on Israel’s tense Northern border.
Israeli Retaliation
Yesterday Israel destroyed three Syrian military locations in Southern Syria. This Israeli strike was in retaliation for the Syrian drone that flew into Israeli airspace yesterday.
Syrian air defense forces tried to shoot the Israeli missiles out of the sky, but they failed. The video below features Israeli missiles that hit their targets.

Even under these threatening conditions from Syria, Israel is helping the Syrian refugees homeless because of the latest Syrian regime attacks on Syrian civilians in Southern Syria.

Netanyahu’s Message to Putin
As Israeli PM Netanyahu told Putin today when they met in Russia. “Assad is safe from us, but Iran must quit Syria”.
PM Netanyahu has been quite clear that Israel can deal with Assad. But Israel will not tolerate an Iranian presence on Israel’s Northern border.
The recent speech of the Iranian General is exactly why.
The Iranian General’s Speech
The deputy commander of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) boasted that the “Islamic army in Syria” in the Golan Heights was awaiting orders to eradicate the “evil regime” of Israel.
He also said the Tehran-backed Hezbollah terror group had 100,000 missiles aimed at Israel.
“We are creating might in Lebanon because we want to fight our enemy from there with all our strength,” he stated. “Hezbollah today has tremendous might on the ground that can on its own break the Zionist regime. The Zionist regime has no strategic-defensive depth.”
“Today an international Islamic army has been formed in Syria, and the voices of the Muslims are heard near the Golan,” he said. “Orders are awaited, so that… the eradication of the evil regime [Israel] will land and the life of this regime will be ended for good. The life of the Zionist regime was never in danger as it is now.”
Salami stressed that “the Zionist regime constitutes a threat… to the entire Islamic world. That is the philosophy of the establishment of this regime.”
“All the problems of the Islamic world stem from the existence of the false, counterfeit, historically rootless, and identity-less regime named Israel,” he said.
Truth From A Syrian General As Well
Problem
The problem is, many Iranian soldiers in Syria wear Syrian army uniforms to look like local soldiers. So how will Israel ever now if Iran actually pulls all of their soldiers and militia out of Syria?
And that is the problem. We won’t.
To compound the problem, based on Iran’s deep-seated stated strategy to destroy Israel, Israel will always have a deep assumption that Iran will now remain a presence in Southern Syria, using whatever tricks they can.
