Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has worked for years to try to stop Obama’s dangerous Iran nuclear deal. His hard work over years is finally paying off. President Trump is now re-instituting sanctions.  In essence, President Trump is now killing the deal.

Finally the free world has a leader with the guts to lead and not appease. This is a major step in the right direction to make the world a safer place for all.  Here is PM Netanyahu response in kind to President Trump’s announcement:

“Israel has opposed the nuclear deal from the start. We said that rather than blocking Iran’s path to a bomb, the deal actually paved Iran’s path to an entire arsenal of nuclear bombs – within a few years. The removal of sanctions under the deal already produced disastrous results. The deal did not push war further away.  It actually brought it closer. The deal didn’t reduce Iran’s aggression.  It dramatically increased it. And we see this across the entire Middle East. Since the deal, we have seen Iran’s aggression grow every day. In Iraq, in Lebanon, in Yemen, in Gaza and most of all in Syria – where Iran is trying to establish military bases from which to attack Israel.”

President Trump’s Remarks

“The fact is this was a horrible one-sided deal that should have never ever been made,” Trump said. “We cannot prevent an Iranian nuclear bomb under the decaying and rotten structure of the current agreement. The Iran deal is defective at its core.”

The best analysis of Trump’s decision to kill the Iran deal comes from Daniel Seaman.  He is the former Director of the Israeli Government Press Office.
