Ilhan Omar is so obviously antisemitic that it is ridiculous when she even tries to apologize for it. She has not just made one “accidental mistake” that she did not mean. On multiple occasions, Congresswoman Omar has blatantly said things and acted against the Jewish people and the Jewish state. Ilhan and her congress-friend Rashida Tlaib should both be condemned for the way they have represented the American people. At this point, what they have both done and said is shocking. Omar has compared Israel to Iran. And Tlaib has wiped Israel from the map in her office. Those examples are just a tiny fraction of the whole picture.
We must stop Congress from heading down the wrong direction. When people in Congress go against American values, we must call them out. They should not be allowed to be part of the system that is supposed to ENFORCE these values!
President Trump on Antisemitism
Whether you agree with President Trump or not, you have to admit that he is standing up against antisemitism. And it sounds good to finally have a president who will not tolerate any form of antisemitism, especially in the government. The fact that the president himself has asked Ilhan Omar to resign shows the gravity of the situation. Thank you, President Trump, for taking antisemitism seriously and not ignoring the antisemitism that so many Americans are whitewashing. Because if we do not address it, we are just allowing it to continue.
