Top frame: Reporting on some of the post-Simchat Torah celebrations last night that were against the corona regulations.
Bottom frame: Reporting on the thousands of anti-Netanyahu protesters that were out protesting at hundreds of locations across Israel last night. Note, no, they did not talk about how some of the protests, like the 15 km March in Tel Aviv, were also going against the corona regulations.
Just an example of how the mainstream media is part of the problem. Their reporting is blatantly skewed to support the anti-Netanyahu protests, while making out the religious to be the “problem”.
Sounds familiar to the US reporting? We are experiencing a similar process. The left gets a pass from the media, because the media supports the left. Period.
Yes, I know some good-hearted people who support the anti-Trump agenda in America and the anti-Netanyahu agenda in Israel. They don’t necessarily call themselves leftists, but they don’t understand that they are being played by a totally hypocritical, leftist agenda that doesn’t care about democracy.
They think that by being anti-Trump or anti-Netanyahy that they are the ones defending democracy, but the truth couldn’t be more different. They are the ones supporting the anti-democratic agenda of the left. They use lofty democratic words and concepts, but in deed they are anti-democratic. In America, they warn of Trump getting rid of democracy, while it was Obama, Biden and Clinton who abused their powers to do illegal things. The American Left have spent the past 3.5 years trying to overturn the 2016 elections, today they call upon Biden to NOT concede the elections, yet they call the Trump camp the anti-democratic camp.
In Israel, it is the left that says Netanyahu is turning Israel into a dictatorship, with him shutting down the protest movement against him, while legally people are allowed to protest 1,000 meters from their home. Hence, he is NOT stopping the protest movement, just trying to come up with restrictions to keep people safe from the corona virus. And even with these legal restrictions, the left is flaunting them and disregarding the restrictions and the media ignoring to report on their flaunting of the law.
Instead, in Israel, we have a Supreme Court, a state prosecutors office, top police officers etc. who have abused their powers to constantly go after Netanyahu and right-wing policies, while allowing cases against the individuals on the left, like state prosecutor Liat Ben-Ari’s illegal building, the secret tapes of Mendelblit/Ashkenazi, the Fifth Dimension case against Bennie Gantz, all to be ignored.
No need to try to convince the anti-Trump and anti-Netanyhau people them how wrong they are. Many of them are good people. they just believe the mainstream media, and the political leaders on left, and they do not want to believe the lies that they are being fed on a daily basis.
This is what we are experiencing today, in both the USA and Isreal. The left’s agenda to take back power by corrupting democracy and blaming the right for destroying democracy.
