I love listening to Jewish music, I find that I connect with the words and the meaning behind them. This is a story about thanking God for being alive. There are so many ways to thank Him.
Music has been around for centuries and has many different genres. It shows arrays of emotion. This is what makes music so special, no matter what mood you are in there is always something to listen to. These emotions depend on what kind of instruments are used.
Whether sad, happy, angry, hate, fear or pride there is a song with the right words and the right instruments for me to listen. Music is something special and I love listening to many different genres.
I Am Alive
This song shows how we should appreciate everything we have and that we are alive. We should not take anything for granted as there are some less fortunate than us. Even the little things such as being able to open our eyes, move our hands or even get out of bed in the mornings.
Another lesson I took from this song is that we should live life to the fullest. Enjoy each day by doing something you love or by helping someone. There are many people in this world who can’t do everything you might be able to do, for example getting up to walk. What you might find easy others might find difficult.
Additionally, we should be grateful to be alive. Grateful for every minute we have with the ones we love. Finally, we should also remember God, that He is in control of all that happens and thank Him for everything He has done for us. There are over 10 million ways to be thankful.
After all, “skies are blue and what could be wrong? As I am alive!”
