Israel might not be perfect, but they do a lot of good things. The people care about each other. Many people make fun of Israelis for being stubborn and tough. But at the end of the day, they treat each other as family. They do what they can to help each other out. And this couple has shown that. They started this Israeli supermarket because they wanted to help those in need.
Shani, the wife, said it started with a Facebook post. She noticed that someone was in need of something. The difference between Shani and many other people is that she acted. She did not just ignore the fact that she saw someone was in need. Shani wanted to do something to help.
And look what she and her husband now created. The good they are doing for people they don’t even know is unbelievable. The way they have dedicated their time and energy toward helping those in need is inspiring.
We are not all going to be like this young Israeli couple. But we can all do a little more to help. We can all try to push ourselves to do something greater than we thought.
