If you have never taken a trip to Jerusalem, what are you waiting for? Here are just a few places that you must visit. But leave yourself time for more!

Take a Trip to Jerusalem

Take a trip to Jerusalem. Just do it. You won’t regret it. There are so many beautiful sites to see, there is history to learn about, spirituality to soak in, and delicious food to eat. There is culture, diversity, and modernity at the same time as all things ancient.

The Itinerary

Here are just three must-see spots.

(1) Machane Yehuda Market. Otherwise known as “The Shuk.” It is Jerusalem’s marketplace. Vendors sell things from fruits and vegetables to backpacks and paper goods. There are restaurants, fish stores, butchers – they really have it all! It is definitely an experience!

(2) The Western Wall, also known as the Kotel, is the last remaining outer wall of the Temple. Jews (and others) come from all over the world to pray there. People shed tears, touch the stones, leave notes in the cracks of the stones, and just meditate.

(3) Yad Vashem. This is the Holocaust remembrance museum in Israel. Although there are other Holocaust museums and memorials, there is something unique about this one. You’ll be left feeling emotional, but if you take the time to go through the museum, you’ll be more educated than before. And nowadays, when so many deny the Holocaust, knowing the facts and being educated is crucial.

So, what are you waiting for? Book your next visit!
