The Left-wing’s twisted definition of antisemitism

Some people define antisemitism in different ways than others.  But much of what people say today is very unreasonable.  This is so much so that some people explain away pure antisemitism quotes with rationalizations.  This is a new wave and it is absurd.

Limits on Free Speech

We need to be willing and able to label enemies of the world as such.  This is very important.  There are those that we can say we disagree with.  Then there are those that we need to say are a danger to the entire world.

In many ways, this is where the confusion on the left is at it’s worst.  It is very easy to say we all should have the right to free expression.  That sounds so fair and nice.  But it is much harder to define where the lines are between free speech and dangerous speech.  Dangerous speech must be stopped.

Much of what the Anti-Israel narrative is anti-semitic.  Whenever the Jewish people are the subject of an attack, it is almost always pure anti-semitism.  Howver, some of the Arab narrative may not cross the line.  It just is wrong-headed historical nonesense.

But one thing is clear.  If we do not have any limits on free speech, then we are in for a real mess.  Small dictators must be stopped before they grow into big and powerful dictators.
