The world wants to save the Iran deal, and the U.S. won’t budge

The Iran deal is one of the most dangerous treaties ever made. While some praise the deal, almost everyone agrees that it simply delays the inevitable. Furthermore, it removes sanctions against the largest state sponsor of terrorism.

Pulling out of the Iran Deal

President Trump pulled out of the Iran deal in 2018. As such, United States has the ability to sanction the Iran. Iran has both means and intent to commit mass murder. The terror state both pursues nuclear weapons and calls publicly to destroy the United States, Britain and Israel. As such, why should there be a deal with them? The nuclear deal must be stopped and Iran not be able to fulfill its murderous intentions.

What Iran wants

Iran has a list of demands. It wants:
1. European powers protect Iran oil sales and continue buying Iran’s crude.
2. European banks safeguard trade with Iran.
3. UK, France and Germany not seek negotiations on Iran’s ballistic missile program and regional activities.

Let’s not bury our heads in the sand. We know Iran’s true nature. It supports terrorism. Iran sends terrorists to attack innocent civilians around the world. So the United States has very good reason not to trust Iran. The United States hopes that Iran will change its ways. However, if Iran continues to pursue nuclear weapons, the United States will continue to sanction it.

Why did Obama push for the deal?

Reuel Marc Gerecht explains why Obama pushed for the deal. “Obama conceded an industrial-scale nuclear-weapons industry and all we got in return is a bit of time. Once Iranian engineers perfect high-velocity centrifuges, which will take Ali Akbar Salehi, the atomic “energy” chief, and his merry men no more than a decade, it’s game, set, match. Unless a miracle happens, the Central Intelligence Agency will have no means to detect bomb-grade enrichment at small cascades the mullahs could disperse throughout the country. When we have a deal that Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, Revolutionary Guard Corps Commander Mohammad Ali Jafari, the Quds Force and expeditionary militia overlord Qassem Soleimani, and Salehi all approve of, we have a deal that everyone should run from. Obama did not. I strongly suspect because he had already conceded the bomb.”
