The feelings of loss combined with the hope that we will get through this. The Jewish people are strong. This has been the worst massacre since the Holocaust. And yet, the people of Israel have united. What have they united for? To love. To pray. To strengthen each other. The Jewish nation has not decided to give in or give up. They have decided to just give – to each other, to strangers, to soldiers, to their “brothers and sisters.” So much darkness was brought into the world on October 7, 2023. And Jews worldwide have therefore decided to bring that much more light into the world.
We feel two things simultaneously. And this music video captures that. We are truly “one nation,” as the song so beautifully sings about. The land of Israel belongs to the Jewish people. There is a burning passion in Israel and abroad to defend the Jewish homeland and the Jewish people. Those who can fight have gone out to defend. Those who can pray have poured their hearts out to G-d. Those who can donate have donated without stopping. Everyone is doing something to help win this war. G-d sees it. And He will protect His people.
