Prominent UK lawyers moving to Israel because of antisemitism

When prominent lawyers from the UK make a decision such as relocating due to antisemitism, something must change. How is the UK allowing this to go on?

Antisemitism in the UK

Antisemitism has been permeating England. Jews all across the spectrum feel it. What’s even more appalling is the amount of antisemitism in the Labour party of the UK Parliament. Jeremy Corbyn, the leader of the Labour party, has displayed immense racism. The way he talks about the Jewish people and Israel is shocking. His actions speak even louder.

Corbyn laid a wreath on a grave of a Munich terrorist from 1972. He has bashed Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. He has also compared Israel to Nazi Germany. All of this is abhorrent, to say the least. And that isn’t even all of what the Labour party leader has said and done!

If leaders of England are antisemitic, it is not surprising that their followers will be as well.

Moving to Israel

CAA Honorary Patron Mark Lewis and his partner, Mandy Blumenthal, have made a major statement and major decision to move to Israel. They have reached the limit with the antisemitism in the UK. They no longer want to hear Jeremy Corbyn’s lies, listen to his antisemitic remarks, or see his hateful actions. Lewis and Blumenthal have had enough. And they are not the only ones who have decided to leave Britain and move to Israel because of the rampant antisemitism.

If their move isn’t enough to grab the world’s attention, what is? What will open the world’s eyes to what’s happening in the UK?
