After the IDF noticed them they made a move to take them out. These terrorists were neutralized, but what we learned from this incident that despite the pandemic, terrorists are always on the move and ready to exploit our weaknesses.
Furthermore, Islamic terrorists appear to see the spread of the coronavirus as a piece of their version of the End of Days. This makes them that much more dangerous. Remember, that no matter what the situation, Israel always needs to be on guard as their foes never stop trying to destroy them.
