Israel is the best place in the Middle East for people of all types to live together peacefully, Jews, Muslims, Christians, men, women, gays etc.
Those Arab-Muslims who live in Israel are the most blessed Arab-Muslims in the Middle East. Sunni Muslims live side by side with Shiite Muslims, and they all live side by side with athiest Muslims, non-religious Muslims and gay Muslims. In Muslim countries, there is no living side by side in peace like in Israel. In Shiite countries, the Sunni Muslims are oppressed. In Sunni countries, Shiite Muslims are oppressed. Gays, women and athiest Muslims are oppressed everywhere.
The truth that the world prefers to ignore is that Israel is the best country in the Middle East for all Muslims to live in peace and with full equality under the law.
We are blessed to have good people like Samer Barhem who has the confidence to publicly state the truth. Unfortunately, Arab Muslims who say the truth about Israel, and support Isreal for being the great country it is, are ostracized, and even have their lives threatened, by their community, family and friends.
